GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

  • Parents are requested not to change the phone/mobile number during the session. If at all there is a change in address/phone number or mobile number the information should reach the school soon after the change.
  • Parents must ensure that the mobile number given for SMS alert is functional
  • Parents are urged not to send children when they are sick.
  • Parents are requested to avoid making any social engagements or medical appointments during school working hours.
  • Parents are asked not to request leave for their wards during the class hours. On emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal through the class teacher and the bus in-charge should be informed accordingly.
  • Parents are advised not to criticize the school/Class teacher in the presence of their wards. If the parents have any genuine suggestions to make, they can do so to the Principal in writing.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that their children are properly equipped with proper uniform, books, note book copies, school diary and other materials required.
  • Parents should check the diary, work books, test copies and note the remarks regularly. They should take genuine interest in the progress of the child.
  • Care must be taken of all school property and any damage caused by a student will be made good by the student concerned. In addition, a fine will be imposed for the offence.
  • The School cannot be held responsible for accidents on account of student's undisciplined behaviour during school hours or while travelling by school report.
  • Parents are urged not to give their children any valuable articles to take to school. In case of any loss of those valuable items, the School will try their best to trace those articles but shall not undertake any for that loss.
  • Attendance is compulsory both on the opening and on the last working days of each vacation. A fine of Rs. 100 is imposed for absence on 1 reopening date, unless the Principal/Class teacher is informed in writ before the beginning of the term.
  • A student returning to school after sickness must produce a fitness certificate from the doctor. If a student is absent more than one c without prior information must come along with his/her parents wit written application and unless the application is sanctioned and principal is satisfied about the reason Rs. 50 is imposed per day for absence.
  • Reported absence without granted leave or unexplained absence for consecutive working days will result in the student's name being truck t the Attendance Register Re-admission may be granted at the discrete of the Principal only on payment of Rs. 600.
  • Parents are requested to pay attention to the regularity, discipline a punctuality of the children. If a student comes to school late always (more than once in a week) a fine Rs. 30 is imposed for the late coming.
